There’s nothing quite like a bit of tapas in the form of sharing boards and small plates, so imagine our excitement when we learn of a new place opening up in the city.
Prepare for a bit of Spanish dining, authentic Spanish tapas bar Santiago’s will be opening in on Church Street at the end of the month and promises to bring authentic flavours from Spain
As well as a selection of traditional tapas, there will also have a paella menu.
Interiors are set to be vibrant and lively, and there will be a range of Spanish beverages too and a weekly Cuban night, featuring salas, run cocktails and of course Cuba food.
Santiago’s will be opening up on the site of the old Truffles on Church street and is in the process of having a major redevelopment.
They aim to be open from the 25th January and we can’t wait to check it out.
