Families are being invited to help Santa find his nine reindeer around Cardiff Bay as part of free festive scavenger hunt.
Nine runaway reindeer are causing festive mischief in Cardiff Bay this Christmas, and Santa needs your help to find them! From 30th November 2024 to 5th January 2025, join the Cardiff Bay Reindeer Trail, a free, family-friendly bilingual activity featuring eight handcrafted willow reindeer at iconic locations like Mermaid Quay, The Red Dragon Centre, and the Senedd.
There’s also a magical ninth digital reindeer in Roald Dahl Plass, brought to life on your smartphone, thanks to Cardiff Harbour Authority.
Pick up a map from participating venues or play online. Find each reindeer to collect their special letters, then unscramble them to reveal a festive word. Submit your answer for a chance to win an amazing family prize, including an overnight stay at Voco St David’s, cinema tickets, a boat ride, and more.
Snap selfies along the trail to enter weekly competitions, and enjoy extra festive activities like puppet shows, storytelling, and crafts.
