The Street Food Circus is back and are joined by a full roster of  tasty street vendors for you to enjoy over the Easter period.

On the weekend of the Joshua v Parker fight comes another battle of the titans. A food brawl from the heavyweights from the Welsh street food scene, each battling it out for the coveted golden fork.

The organiser dropped the news on social media on Monday night.

How will the Food Brawl work

Each trader will go all out to create a signature dish that will wow and amaze hungry diners, serving from 6-10pm on Friday and 12-10pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Plus pop-up craft beer bars, natural wine, craft coffee and local cider.

“At the heart of SFC is our mission to revolutionise the dining options of the city by creating theatrical and immersive food events inspired by empty spaces, whether you’re a cardiff resident or just visiting the city for the weekend, the food brawl will be the place to eat, drink and hangout this Easter”

The event is set to take place at the Roath Yard taking over an old milk dairy off City Road and transforming it into a colourful fiesta full of flavour.

The Roath Yard is perfectly positioned in the heart of the global food mile on City Road, just a 5 minute walk from the city centre.

Street Food Vendors already confirmed to battle it out. Disco Picnic, Meat & Greek, Dirty Bird, Tasty Ragga,XXXBurgers, Muray Mays, Pukin Poutin, Sea Dog, Bearded Taco, Takka Tuck, Brother Thai & NYSF.
