Hotel Indigo launch its new restaurant and bar Lefel 6 at Dominions Arcade featuring a new à la carte evening meal menu celebrating some of the finest local ingredients in Wales with a carefully curated cocktail and wine list.
Indulge in three courses of contemporary cuisine with a Welsh inspired twist including laverbread ravioli, sewin & shellfish, coley fish & chips, with desserts following suit with a locally sourced Welsh cheese board selection, pwdin eva, and a restaurant signature dish – lefel eggs incorporating a shortbread biscuit with mango & passion fruit anglaise italian meringue and vanilla salt.
To complement the Welsh inspired menu Lefel 6 boasts refreshed restaurant décor offering a refined guest experience, including a stylish and elegant logo incorporating daffodils to reflect its Welsh inspiration.
Located on the sixth floor of Hotel Indigo Cardiff Lefel 6 offers stunning views over Cardiff, inviting guests to enjoy signature cocktails on its rooftop space such as the Merlyn Milkshake, Earl Grey Lemontini and Passion Fire.

We are committed as a team to sourcing local produce for this Welsh inspired menu to serve our local community and hotel guests.”
