Cardiff’s dining scene is about to get a slice of something special as Bosco pizzeria prepares to open its first Welsh restaurant in the heart of the city. The much-loved Bristol-based eatery, known for its traditional Italian flavours and wood-fired pizzas, will be moving into 14 High Street, right next to Corner Coffee.

Bosco Pizzeria has built a strong reputation across the bridge in Bristol, Bath, and Cheltenham, offering an authentic taste of Italy through a menu packed with Neapolitan-style pizzas, handmade pasta, cured meats, small plates, and fresh salads. Now, Cardiff foodies can look forward to enjoying the same high-quality dishes, made daily using fresh ingredients, many of which are imported directly from Italy.
Inspired by the simplicity and bold flavours of Italian cuisine, Bosco’s menu is designed to cater to all appetites, from hearty pasta dishes to light and vibrant antipasti. The restaurant will also feature an extensive drinks list, including classic Italian spritzes, aperitivos, and a curated selection of 100% Italian wines.
Joe Cook General Manager shared his excitement about the expansion, stating: “We have been keen to do something in Cardiff for years. This is not the first location we have looked at, but it was the first one that felt perfect for us. It is such a lively and vibrant city, and we’ve been keen to become a part of that.”

Guests can expect a lively and buzzy atmosphere, driven by the open kitchen, an appreciation for music, and a passion for creating a memorable dining experience following Bosco’s ethos of delivering great food, stylish decor, and warm hospitality
