The World’s best bar will be taking over for one night at Lab 22
The Cardiff cocktail bar Lab 22 known for it’s creative and molecular style cocktails will team up with The Savoy for one night only to celebrate Cardiff cocktail week and to help promote the launch of The Savoy’s eagerly awaited new cocktail menu.
The American Bar at the Savoy Hotel in London is thought of as one of the founding fathers of mixology and cocktails. Menus will often be found to have some of their classic cocktails dating back circa 100 years and having recently won World’s Best Bar, they’re clearly still doing something right.
Two of their master bartenders will be joining the team at Lab 22 for the evening, presenting and making a menu comprised of a few 20th century classics, as well as a few offerings from the new 2018 menu.
