Another London favourite will be taking up residence in Cardiff
The latest addition to the food scene at Church Street Cardiff, popular restaurant group, Rosa’s Thai Cafe, will be taking up the last remaining unit next to Pho, bringing award-winning Thai food to the city centre.
The owners describe the restaurant to be ‘the home of modern Thai food.
The restaurant has a large number of branches across the UK, including London, Leeds, and Liverpool. The Cardiff site will be the first one in Wales.
Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, Rosa’s will serve its signature dishes, taking traditional ingredients and classic flavours, combined with innovative cooking techniques. The menu will feature a variety of delicious Thai staples, such as Red Curry, Pad Thai and Chilli and Basil Stir Fry, as well as familiar Thai favourites including fiery Drunken Noodles and comforting Massaman Curry.
Cocktails are also on offer, including a strawberry and Thai basil mojito called Bangkok Night Out and a Boozy Thai Iced Tea.
The city centre street currently features Newly opened Bacareto, The Botanist, Pho, Mowgli Street Food and Honest Burger. Rosa’s Thai Cafe will take up the final unit in the old Pound Stretcher development.
The new restaurant is to open in the new year- keep your eyes peeled on their social media for news of their official opening date.
