Popular gin bar, Gin Ne Se Sais Quoi is launching in Cardiff and opening on Mill Lane, the alfresco cafe quarter in the city centre.
If you’re a gin lover, this one’s for you! Known for its pink decor and floral chic, instagrammable aesthetic, Gin Ne Se Sais Quoi is all about a cocktail deal, including bottomless drinks and VIP drinks packages- what’s not to love?
The glamorous boutique styled bar will take the space over from previous Carluccio’s and Gourmet Burger Kitchen. With two premises combined into one, Gin Ne Se Sais Quoi will have a large indoor and outdoor seating area on offer to cater for anyone who forgot to make a booking.

Gin Ne Sais Quoi is part of the Creative Dining Group and their website spills all, ‘Gin Ne Sais Quoi prides itself on great conversation, great food & drinks, and great service.’
There is no date on the opening of the bar, however, the group have applied for a premises licence on both units at the top of Mill Lane next door to Wagamama.
Gin Ne Se Sais Quoi will be serving cocktails Sunday to Thursday 8pm till midnight and 8pm till 2am on Friday and Saturday.
At their Swansea venue, the bar has live music that takes place Monday to Sunday from 11pm till midnight and late-night refreshments can be ordered from 11pm till midnight, Sunday to Thursday, and 11pm till 2am on Friday and Saturday.
