Rising Irish country artist Gareth has announced intimate UK dates as part of his upcoming The Uncut Tour, bringing stripped-back performances to cities such as Liverpool, Cardiff and Nottingham in May, in addition to an appearance at The Great Escape in Brighton. Tickets on pre-sale from Wednesday, 11 February at 10am GMT here, and general on-sale from Friday, 13 February at 10am GMT.
The shows follow a standout 2025 for Gareth, which saw him make his debut at the world-famous Grand Ole Opry in Nashville last November. The moment marked a major milestone in Gareth’s journey from Castlederg, Northern Ireland, to the global country music stage.
Commenting on the tour, Gareth shared, “These shows are going to be really special for me. Stripping back these songs back lets the stories breathe, and that’s how a lot of them were written in the first place. Plus we are going to play a lot of unreleased music. I can’t wait to be back in the UK and share these nights with everyone in Liverpool, Cardiff and Nottingham.”
The upcoming UK shows will see Gareth strip the songs back to their core, offering audiences an intimate look at the songwriting and storytelling that have quickly established him as one of the most exciting emerging voices.
The announcement follows Gareth’s debut US tour, with further live highlights including a major Belfast show at Ulster Hall and his first-ever headline hometown show in Castlederg. He also made a mark on the European headline tour circuit last year, and featured on C2C: Country to Country, The Long Road Festival, and an extensive support run with Kip Moore. Gareth will be making his Australian debut next month.
Gareth released his acclaimed new EP, Bluebird, last October, featuring a duet with GRAMMY Award-winning artist Joss Stone and current single ‘Stampede’ which is #19 on the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart. The project blends heartfelt storytelling with Gareth’s signature mix of traditional and contemporary country influences.
