Chateauesque Celebrates 3rd Birthday with a Summer Party to Remember

Cardiff’s clubbers are in for a treat as Chateauesque marks its third birthday with an all-day celebration at Lo Lounge in Cardiff Bay collaborating with some of the best nights in the city. Taking place from 3pm to midnight (and possibly beyond), the event promises a sun-soaked start on the venue’s open terrace, then moving to the newly refurbished showcase Marquee before sliding indoors for an evening of cutting-edge beats and electric atmosphere. From 11pm until midnight and beyond, the energy will be brought indoors for the grand finale.

True to Chateauesque’s reputation for curating unforgettable nights, the birthday line-up brings together some of the most innovative and original house music promotions in South Wales. Headlining the celebrations are:

• Lose Yourself to Dance – The dynamic duo Owen & Nadia, known for their infectious, feel-good sets in unusual places, holding raves in toilets and basements
• Shake The Horse – Paul Cahill, Hawsey & Fez bringing their distinctive groove-driven style, who have sold out the last few nights without much promotion- impressive and bring that old skool rave vibe of partying in a field, with a PA system in the 90s.
• Sean Andrews – of Tactical Sounds and regular across other nights , delivering expertly crafted underground sounds.

The main acts will be joined by a roster of local talent, including:

• Liam O’Connell B2B Phil Welsby
• Damon Chilcott (making his Chateauesque debut set)
• Shidey (Chateauesque resident)
• Swiss –Chateauesque founder , who is also celebrating his 50th birthday behind the decks.

The party kicks off outdoors on the terrace from 3pm, before the main room opens at 6.30pm. From 10pm until midnight, the energy will be brought indoors for the grand finale.

With a blend of established names, rising stars, and the backdrop of Cardiff Bay’s Lo Lounge, Chateauesque’s third birthday promises to be a vibrant celebration of house music culture in the city.
