There’s a new destination for fun hoping to bowl over Cardiff’s social scene, as Lane7 has officially set a date for the opening of its new Cardiff venue, with bookings now open.
The competitive socialising brand is preparing to bring its combination of boutique bowling, games, cocktails, food and live sport to the city, creating a new all-in-one destination for everything from date nights to big nights out.
Lane7 Cardiff will officially open on Friday 18 September giving the city its first taste of the popular entertainment concept.
Six Bowling Lanes and Plenty More
At the heart of the new venue will be six immersive bowling lanes, featuring Lane7’s signature styling and premium service.
But bowling is only part of what’s planned.
The huge venue will pack a variety of games and experiences under one roof, including Tech Shuffleboard, Big Putts Golf, private karaoke rooms, beer pong, pool and interactive darts.
Whether you fancy settling a score over a game of darts, embarrassing your friends in a private karaoke booth or seeing who can handle the pressure on the bowling lanes, there should be plenty to keep groups entertained throughout the night.
Screens will also be positioned around the venue showing major sporting events throughout the year, adding another option for fans looking for somewhere to watch the big games in Cardiff.
Cocktails, Food and Late Nights
Lane7 is designed as much for a night out as it is for the games.
Alongside all the activities, visitors can expect a fully stocked bar serving cocktails, beers and other drinks, with a food menu built around dishes that are ideal for sharing between games.
The combination means you won’t necessarily need to move elsewhere as the evening progresses. Visitors will be able to eat, drink, bowl and play all in the same venue.
It’s another major addition to Cardiff’s growing competitive socialising scene, offering an alternative to the traditional pub or bar for groups looking for something to do while they drink and socialise.
