Wales’ Michelin-star chefs come together at James Sommerin

For the first time, not one, not two but 5 out of the 7  head chefs from welsh Michelin-starred restaurants will come together in  Penarth for a special live cooking at James Sommerin’s restaurant (which is open plan, what a sight)

One night only: A Quintet Of Welsh Michelin-Starred Culinary Maestros Unite At Restaurant James Sommerin for a lip-smacking Experience.

To celebrate our 4 year anniversary James Sommerin is teaming up with 4 Michelin star chefs inviting diners to experience a unique feast featuring the finest locally-inspired gastronomic fare prepared by James and four other of his Michelin-starred Welsh colleagues.

Joining forces with James at Restaurant James Sommerin in Penarth will be a formidable line-up comprising fellow chef patrons:

Bryan Webb (Tyddyn Llan in Llandrillo);
Stéphane Borie (Checkers in Montgomery);
Shaun Hill (The Walnut Tree near Abergavenny);
Stephen Stevens (Sosban & The Old Butchers Restaurant, Menai Bridge)

Who will each prepare one course and a canapé.

James’ daughter, Georgia Sommerin, who works in the kitchen alongside her father, will also be treating guests to a course.

The result will be a six-course sociable event where guests will be seated with other diners. Priced at £150 per person, tickets will include wine with each course and a glass of champagne on arrival
