The Cardiff restaurant will mark a significant step for the brand as it looks to break into the UK market through a franchise agreement with Breaking Brands Management— the team also responsible for introducing several other US casual dining names to Britain.

Known for its “build-your-own” sandwich concept, Which Wich gives customers total control over their meal, offering a huge range of bread types, proteins, cheeses, and toppings, as well as plenty of vegan and healthier options.
