The Cabaret at Wales Millennium Centre is Back – And It’s Bolder Than Ever!

The Cabaret at Wales Millennium Centre has reopened its doors, bringing a fresh lineup of thrilling, high-energy performances to Cardiff. We went along to see Urge to Murder, an alternative and hilarious whodunnit starring RuPaul’s Drag Race royalty Victoria Scone and legendary drag king LoUis Cyfer—and it did not disappoint!

The show had us hooked from start to finish, blending murder mystery with outrageous comedy and audience participation. The whole night lasted around three hours, including an interval and one of the funniest raffles we’ve ever seen. Prizes ranged from Victoria Scone merch to a Wicked LEGO set… and even a few adult toys for those feeling lucky! If that wasn’t enough, there was also an option to meet the stars of the show after.

Beyond the performance, the cabaret offers delicious cocktails, table service, and an incredible atmosphere—all at a very affordable price. With a packed calendar of comedy, drag, burlesque, and live music coming up, this is the place for a night out in Cardiff.
