Can You Guess What’s on Your Plate? Six by Nico Extends TRUST Menu in Cardiff!
A NEW dining concept by the brainchild behind innovative restaurant brand Six By Nico is asking diners to completely place their TRUST in the chef.
Scotland’s most innovative chef Nico Simeone has launched the dining experience at his popular Six by Nico restaurants across the UK and Ireland. Guests in select locations will now be encouraged to sit back, relax and TRUST the chef as dish after dish of seasonal favourites are shared in front of their eyes.
Never the same dinner twice, the TRUST menu begins with an amuse bouche highlighting local ingredients, then guests enjoy individual courses such as pasta, lamb, asparagus or fish – the options are endless.
The idea is simple: you place your complete trust in the chef team at Six by Nico. The 10-course tasting menu is a blank canvas so you can guess what’s in your dish; this is revealed later by the staff. If you’re unsure, you can request that the dishes be revealed before you try it…but trust in the chefs!
TRUST represents the first step in the evolution of Nico’s Six concept. The Six by Nico brand has been around for seven years, and with a dedicated fanbase, Nico and his team are now pushing the culinary boundaries with new creative ideas to satisfy their audience’s appetite and keep their guests delighted even longer. TRUST will be the first of several exclusive, one-day-a-week experiences developed for specific restaurant locations.

TRUST is priced at £45 per person and is now available at Six by Nico restaurants across the UK and Ireland for a limited time period.

The TRUST concept will be available to book until Tuesday 25th June and is cooking in Cardiff for one day per week every Tuesday. A 6 Course sitting is available at: 2.15pm, 4.30pm, 6.45pm & 9pm.
