The first Welsh location of French chain Amorino Gelato is headed for Cardiff
The shop, which is known for presenting gelato in the shape of a delicate flower on a cone, is the first of its kind in Wales and the second outside outside London. Having signed a new lease for a shop on St john Street, The traditional Italian gelato brand “Amorino” will be coming to Cardiff soon.
A sign has appeared outside the store on the shop front in what was the site of a William Hill bookmakers, which reads: “Coming soon”
The French gelato boutique chain has recently announced that it plans to add almost 30 branches in the Uk and this will be the first for Wales.

Amorino has more than 180 locations internationally with 18 branches in London and another in Leeds. they’ve grown nationally with their signature Instagramable rose cones.

Amorino boasts 24 staple flavours such as stracciatella, pistachio, hazelnut coconut and lemon along with a flavor-of-the-month and emphasises the use of fresh and natural ingredients.
The shops also feature macarons filled with gelato, gourmet Lavazza coffee drinks, chocolates and other sweets.
