Lush Spa is introducing a brand-new Rewilding Facial, a 50-minute lifting treatment designed to sculpt and rejuvenate the skin while supporting environmental restoration efforts across the globe!
Launching on 20th March 2025, this unique experience blends skincare innovation with Lush’s signature ethical values.
The treatment combines hot and cold therapy, facial massage, and lymphatic techniques to leave skin looking radiant and refreshed. Adding to the sensory experience, the facial is accompanied by a bespoke soundtrack of traditional nature-inspired folk songs, curated by Lush’s in-house band, Fresh Handmade Sound.
The journey begins with a double cleanse using either Ultrabland or the vegan alternative Ultraplant, followed by a gentle foaming cleanse with Drop of Hope soap. This unique soap contains rapeseed oil from Fukushima, Japan — a plant that helps regenerate land affected by the 2011 nuclear disaster, while still being entirely safe for skincare.
Next, Lush’s Ayesha face mask is applied, packed with firming and brightening ingredients such as asparagus and dark patchouli oil. This special oil is sourced in collaboration with the Orangutan Information Center, supporting the regeneration of Sumatra’s forests.
While the mask works its magic, guests are treated to a relaxing neck and head massage, designed to ease tension and enhance relaxation. Lush’s nourishing Full of Grace facial serum is then worked into the skin using sculpting techniques that focus on the cheekbones, jawline, and forehead.
To complete the experience, a refreshing witch hazel and peppermint jelly face mask cools and soothes the skin, leaving guests feeling rejuvenated. The treatment concludes with an application of Gorgeous moisturiser (or a tailored alternative), a luxurious formula originally created for Princess Diana, enriched with organic oils and fresh fruit juices for a radiant glow.
For those with facial hair, the Rewilding Facial offers an adapted routine that includes tailored products and beard-brushing techniques for optimal results.
The Rewilding Facial is priced at £125 and will be available in Lush Spas nationwide from 20th March 2025.
