The stunning coastline of South Wales was once again turned into a wild and wonderful natural playground as Love Trails Festival powered by Garmin welcomed around 5,000 people to the Gower Peninsula for a long weekend of music, trail running, adventure, movement and community.
From 10 – 13 July, the world’s first running and music festival delivered its signature blend of high-energy live performances, inspirational talks, and outdoor adventures, proving once again why it’s become one of the most beloved events in the UK’s summer calendar.
This year’s line-up didn’t disappoint. Festival-goers danced late into the night to epic sets from Ibibio Sound Machine, Jersey, Hak Baker, The Nextmen, Duskus, SHEE, Dr Meaker and Natty Lou. The music, perfectly timed to soundtrack golden hour after trail runs and swims, was the heartbeat of a weekend that pulsed with adventure and connection.
But Love Trails is about much more than just music. The days were filled with unforgettable moments: coastal trail runs at sunrise, wild swims, hikes, sunset yoga, cold-water dips and a host of movement workshops. Crews from Midnight Runners,The Outrunners, Mafia Moves and the Alpine Run Project brought their energy to the trails, making it a weekend of true community spirit.

Attendees were also treated to stories from some of the most inspirational voices in the outdoor world. Talks from Deo Kato (endurance runner), Russ Cook aka the Hardest Geezer (the first person to run the length of Africa) and record-breaking mountain runner Elsey Whyman-Davies left crowds buzzing with motivation.
From total trail newbies to ultra-distance athletes, the festival made space for all, with guided runs and route options to suit every pace and distance. And for those looking to slow things down, daily yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork sessions offered a chance to reset and recharge in nature.
Whether it was finding your rhythm on the trails, your breath on the yoga mat, or your beat on the dancefloor, Love Trails 2025 was an unforgettable celebration of movement, music, and adventure.
