Cardiff’s groundbreaking women’s health event is back this summer, promising to be bigger and better than ever. The Everywoman Festival will return to the beautiful surroundings of Insole Court on 7th June 2025, bringing together medical experts, workshops, and activities all focused on women’s wellbeing.
Founded by surgeon Julie Cornish after hearing too many stories of women accepting poor quality of life and being told their symptoms were “normal”, the festival aims to tackle taboos and open up conversations about women’s health that have been kept quiet for too long.
“We believe this is the first event of its kind in the UK covering such a wide range of women’s health topics,” says Cornish. “Our goal is to empower women with knowledge while breaking the taboo and opening up difficult conversations about hormonal changes and other health issues.”
Now in its third year, the festival has teamed up with medical professionals and industry leaders to offer informative talks in their ‘Education Tent’, alongside free interactive activity stands throughout the venue.
Visitors can look forward to more than 50 interactive workshops including pilates, physio sessions and chair yoga – perfect for all fitness levels. The event will also feature live music and performance art to create a truly festival atmosphere, with plenty of food and drink options to keep everyone fuelled throughout the day.

What makes Everywoman Festival unique is its commitment to reaching both adults and young people. The organisers are partnering with schools and youth groups to ensure the community has access to accurate information and the best resources about women’s health from an early age.
Last year’s event saw hundreds of women of all ages come together to learn, share experiences and enjoy the day’s activities. With the growing interest in women’s health and wellbeing, this year’s festival is expected to attract even more visitors.
Tickets for the festival and individual talks are available now via the Everywoman Festival website at https://www.everywomanfest.com. With limited spaces available for some of the more popular workshops, early booking is recommended.
Whether you’re looking for expert advice on specific health concerns, want to try out new wellbeing activities, or simply fancy a day out with a difference, the Everywoman Festival offers something for every woman in Cardiff and beyond.
