Dusty Knuckle to host live gig with two Texas music legends

Dusty Knuckle will be hosting an exclusive live gig from Texas icon Jon Dee Graham, joined by his son William Harries Graham.

Texas music legend Jon Dee Graham, the only artist to be inducted into the Austin Music Hall of Fame three times, has had a rich and storied career spanning over three decades.

With 10 albums of his own, and a former member of the pioneering Austin band the Skunks and The True Believers (with Alejandro Escovedo), Jon Dee has also played guitar with acts such as John Doe (X, The Knitters), Exene Cervenka (X), Michelle Shocked, Alejandro Escovedo and Kelly Willis; and has had his songs covered by many artists, including Patty Smythe, Patty Griffin and James McMurtry.

Jon Dee will be performing with his son, William Harries Graham who also has an album out with German Blue Rose records.

Wired Magazine listed William as one of “World’s Top Changing Innovator’s: 50 People Who Will Change the World.” His music defies the contemporary labels, is independent in spirit, and combines intelligent lyrics and powerful poetic imagery with a dreamlike wash of guitars and vocals. William has previously showcased at SXSW, Folk Alliance International, and headlined the Kerrville Folk Festival.

This is the only date the duo will play in Cardiff, and on the night, the usual food & drinks menu from Dusty Knuckle will be available to purchase separately.
