Autumn lovers, rejoice — Cardiff is about to get its own slice of seasonal magic as the UK’s first ever life-sized Pumpkin Village opens at Clearwell Farm this Saturday, 11th October.
The brand-new attraction will feature six hand-built pumpkin-themed buildings, a grand entrance, and thousands of pumpkins creating a rustic village scene that’s perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking for that picture-perfect autumn day out.
Visitors can also head into the barn from the entrance display with more than 1000’s pumpkins and 25 varieties to choose from. From classic orange giants to unusual gourds in every size and colour, there’s something for every carving, cooking or decorating need – plus plenty of Insta-worthy backdrops.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. The Pumpkin Village will also feature face painting, witch-crafts for kids, food and drink stalls, and live entertainment on selected days, making it a full day out for all ages. For an extra touch of magic, there are Twilight Pumpkin Picking sessions, where the fields glow under the autumn skies.
And for those brave enough, Clearwell Farm will transform at the end of the month into the Harvest of Horrors scare attraction, running from 28th–31st October – a terrifying immersive experience that promises to send shivers down your spine.
With its mix of family fun, seasonal treats, and spooky thrills, Clearwell Farm’s Pumpkin Village is set to be one of the biggest autumn attractions in South Wales this year.
