A hot sauce bar is set to open in Cardiff, a first of its kind in Wales.
Things are heating up in Cardiff with arrival of a new hot sauce bar, which is the same as a normal bar but instead of beer coming out the taps, it’s hot sauce!
Reaper Cardiff will be offering food complete with their own brand of hot sauces and seasonings at a new permanent location on Paper Mill Road, off Cowbridge RD East. The hot sauce company have been doing the rounds at food markets and street food venues for the past year but are now setting up home in Canton.
Reaper will be Cardiff’s first hot sauce bar and bottle shop where spice lovers can expect delicious all-natural food and hot sauce: “straight from the fiery depths of hell…”. Fans of ethically sourced, local products will be pleased to know their sauces are home made in Wales and Vegan friendly too.
The HQ will be Reaper Cardiff’s new home for brewing and selling their sauces and seasonings (they have a new range of 12 sauces and 12 seasonings!) but will also offer weekly specials for sit in and collection. For people who want to try Reaper’s menu from the comfort of their own home, never fear, they are also running through Deliveroo!
Reaper Cardiff is excited to open their doors, and they welcome people to: “head down, grab a tinnie out the fridge, pick a seasoning, pick a sauce and yam down our wings your way.”
If you think you can handle the heat of the Carolina reaper sauce, or you just like things spicy and want to support a local business, the chilli bar may be worth a try.
Reaper Cardiff opens to the public on Saturday 30th April, 12pm til late.
