Summer might be coming to an end, but Cardiff certainly isn’t slowing down. September brings another packed month of live music, comedy, food festivals, sport and huge events across the city.

From Hilary Duff and Anastacia at Utilita Arena to Cardiff Comic Con, St Fagans Food Festival, international cricket and The Great Cardiff Feast taking over Queen Street, here are some of the best things happening in Cardiff this September.

All Day Indie Festival – 5 September

Tiger Yard kicks off September with a full day dedicated to indie music. Expect live performances, big indie anthems, drinks and an outdoor festival atmosphere as the popular Cardiff venue makes the most of the final weeks of summer.
