BOLD celebrates the beauty and strength of women who have lost their hair due to treatment for breast cancer
The Pink Ribbon Foundation is bringing its highly moving BOLD project to Cardiff and is looking for Welsh women affected by breast cancer who would like to participate as models.
The BOLD project celebrates the strength, beauty, and resilience of women who have lost their hair due to breast cancer treatment. The project, started and photographed by photographer Caroline Sikkenk, has traveled through the United Kingdom, from London to Glasgow and Edinburgh, and is now coming to Cardiff. Photographs will be taken at the voco St David’s hotel in Cardiff on the 31st of May and the 1st of June. Various time slots are available.

Lisa Allen of the Pink Ribbon Foundation expressed, “Having travelled the UK with this deeply moving project, we are excited for the launch of BOLD Wales. We look forward to connecting with new participants and celebrating the unique beauty that shines through the journeys of all the women in our growing BOLD family.”
