Cardiff is set to welcome a brand new kind of fitness event as METRIX makes its debut in the city next summer. Landing for the first time on 13 June 2026 at The DEPOT, this is not your standard workout session.

METRIX blends team based fitness with nightclub energy, combining pumping DJ sets, club style lighting and fast paced workouts into one immersive experience. Think less quiet gym floor and more full volume motivation, where music, movement and atmosphere come together to push everyone further.
Participants move through a series of quick fire stations, including ergs, shuttles, burpees and other high intensity challenges. The focus is on teamwork, shared effort and feeding off the energy of the room. It is competitive, but in a way that keeps things fun and inclusive.
Alongside the workout zones, there will be recovery areas, fitness and wellness brands on site, plus food and drink to refuel after the action. Whether you are taking part or cheering others on, the whole day is built around good vibes and community energy.
METRIX arrives at The DEPOT on 13 June 2026, with tickets going on sale from 5 January. If you like your fitness loud, social and a little bit different, this is one to keep on your radar.
