Australian electronic trailblazer Mall Grab has announced a brand-new Cardiff date, headlining Club Night Shangri-La at Depot this Halloween on Thursday 31st October with support from Dj Seinfeld and Hayley Zalassi.
Known for his stripped-back yet atmospheric approach to house and techno, Mall Grab – real name Jordon Alexander – has carved out a reputation as one of the most innovative forces in electronic music. Originally hailing from Newcastle, Australia, and now based in London, his sound is deeply rooted in the working-class steelworks of his hometown. The result is a raw, industrial energy that has hooked the underground dance floors and major festival stages across the country.
Over the past decade, Mall Grab’s rise has rocketed, from an exciting newcomer producing lo-fi house tracks in his bedroom to a globally recognised DJ and producer commanding crowds with his high-octane sets, he has consistently pushed boundaries while staying true to his underground roots.
The Depot’s Shangri-La nights have built a cult following in Cardiff, and with Mall Grab on the bill, Halloween promises to be an unforgettable evening of cutting-edge electronic music, big energy, and late-night atmosphere.
Tickets go on sale at 10am on Thursday 28th August. Given Mall Grab’s reputation for selling out venues worldwide, fans are advised to move quickly to secure their place.
