Cardiff street food restaurant Neighbourhood will be selling bottomless Raclette in the run up to Christmas
After Neighbourhood’s massively popular cheesy announcement of Cardiff’s first ‘Camembert Bar’ last week, they are doubling down on the cheese theme, announcing the return of Cardiff’s original ‘Bottomless Raclette’ this December! Their concept gives you the chance to eat as much melted cheese as possible within 90 minutes, offered with a selection of sides and hand selected wines to match. Think you’re a cheese lover? Then you’ll have to head to Neighbourhood for this bottomless banquet of cheese bonanza! This isn’t filthy, this is sophistication darling.
Tudor and Caroline Barber, the owners, had this to say about the return of Bottomless Raclette:
“After such a sellout hit last year, it just had to return, and off the back of our sold out Camembert Bar we wanted to give more people the opportunity to experience some of our cheesy madness.”
They go on to say “What sets us apart is that the cheese is BOTTOMLESS! When else do you get the chance to be the captain of your own raclette machine? We want to give people a night to remember and what better way than sharing a huge block of cheese with friends and family.”[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”28808″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]The Bottomless Raclette will be accompanied with a portion of rustic bread, deep fried potatoes, traditional crudités and pickles, plus they’ll be serving some other festive sides if you fancy being a little adventurous!
Neighbourhood Kitchen is well known for their innovative ideas within Cardiff’s culinary scene, hosting a rotating kitchen dedicated to bringing deliciously different food to the capital. Their winter offering looks like it will really hit the spot (provided you like cheese!). They are also much loved within the cocktail scene, and will be curating their own menu to accompany the cheese feast along with their pick of hand selected wines and fizz. You can be sure that whatever you choose they’ll have a drink to match.

If you fancied taking things a step further, Neighbourhood is also opening up their whole restaurant to private hire. For parties of over 15, you can have the entire place for yourself! This includes a private chef, your own bartender, a bespoke drinks menu and the ability to dress up the venue however you like.
