Ed Sheeran has announced a summer 2018 stadium tour today and Cardiff’s Principality Stadium has been added to the bill.
The singer-songwriter, who released ‘÷’ in March,   and headlined the Sunday at Glastonbury this year will call at Cork’s Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Belfast’s Boucher Playing Fields, Pearse Stadium in Galway, Dublin’s Phoenix Park, Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, Hampden Park in Glasgow, Newcastle’s St James’ Park, Wembley Stadium in London before finishing the tour at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium in June 2018
It was recently announced that Ed was awarded a Songwriters Hall of Fame 2017 Hal David Starlight Award for his contribution to music, and is soon to be honoured with an MBE for his services to music and charity.
