Looking for a unique way to stay cosy this Christmas? The Penarth Dawnstalkers, a local open-water swimming group, have teamed up with Hot 2 Cold to bring a pop-up sauna to Penarth Seafront this festive season.
Located outside the town’s yacht club, the sauna will be open from Saturday 21st to Sunday 29th December, offering a blissful wellness experience with unbeatable sea views. This is the second time the pop-up has graced the seafront, and it promises to be just as popular as before.
For the early risers, free sunrise sessions will run daily from 7:30am to 9am. These sessions include the ultimate cold-water therapy—a bracing dip in the sea, followed by the soothing warmth of the sauna. It’s the perfect way to kickstart your day with an energising burst of wellness.
If mornings aren’t your thing, don’t worry—the sauna will also be available for private hour-long bookings between 10am and 5pm each day, accommodating up to eight people per session. Whether you’re looking to recharge after a festive swim or simply relax and enjoy the scenery, this is a must-try experience.
