The council have now confirmed that the splash pad will reopen for the summer season on Thursday June 2, to tie in with the bank holiday.
The Splashpad in Victoria Park has 33 exciting features for children to enjoy and is on the site of the park’s paddling pool which it upgrades. Features include
- sprays,
- jets,
- a tipping water bucket,
- a tunnel.

Cardiff Council have yet to confirm whether there will be a queueing system or a limit on the number of children allowed into the facility at any one time
The splash pad is open from 10am – 7pm at weekends, 12pm – 7pm on week days during term-time, and 10am – 7pm on week days during the school holidays.
