Six by Nico Launches Out-of-This-World Tasting Menu

Prepare for lift-off. This summer, Six by Nico, the pioneering restaurant brand celebrated for its ever-evolving six-course tasting menus, is taking diners on its most imaginative journey yet. From 25 August, the brand-new concept SPACElaunches across all UK locations – and it promises to be nothing short of interstellar.

Known for themed menus such as The Chippie, Once Upon a Time, and New York, Six by Nico is no stranger to reimagining food in unexpected ways. But with SPACE, Chef Nico Simeone and his team push the boundaries of flavour, texture, and presentation even further, inviting diners to embark on a multi-sensory adventure through galaxies near and far.

“SPACE is about pushing the boundaries of flavour and presentation,” says Simeone. “We asked ourselves: what might food look and taste like on a space station, or on a distant planet? The result is a menu that’s both playful and thought-provoking – a journey for the palate and the imagination.”

A Galactic Six-Course Journey

Each dish in the six-course line-up has been designed to represent a stage of space exploration – from launch to lunar landing and beyond. Expect bold, futuristic plating and cosmic flavour combinations.

Highlights include:

• Zero Gravity Oyster – Smoked salmon, Granny Smith apple, kohlrabi, oyster emulsion
• Black Hole – Fregola sarda, cuttlefish, burnt lemon, bisque, pork fat crumb
• Solar Flare – Flat iron, ox parcel, saffron & orange, black garlic, squash
• Goodbye Earth – Baked vanilla custard, orange marmalade, Grand Marnier

Limited Run

The SPACE menu will be available for 12 weeks only, running from 25 August to 16 November 2025. Diners can enjoy the full six-course tasting experience for £45 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for £30 extra.
