Local streetwear brand Overseas Apparel is closing out the year the same way it has spent it, bringing people together and supporting the local scene. The brand is hosting a New Year’s Eve party at Underdog, inviting anyone and everyone to come along and welcome in the new year together.
It has been a big year for Overseas Apparel and its owner, Liam from riding 2200 charity Ride which is the equivalent of riding the Tour de France in just 14 days to raise money for the Velindre charity, to hosting running clubs and putting on music events that support good causes, the brand has built a strong community around more than just clothing. This New Year’s Eve feels like a natural next step, celebrating everything that has come together over the past twelve months.
The party at Underdogs will feature three local DJs playing back to back, with the focus firmly on good music, good people and backing independent businesses. It is designed to be a relaxed, inclusive night where friends, customers and newcomers can all celebrate under one roof.
Adding to the reason to celebrate, it also happens to be Liam’s birthday. To mark turning 29, Overseas Apparel will be running a one day only offer of 29 per cent off all products on their website on New Year’s Eve.
Tickets for the party are on sale now, and it promises to be a fun, friendly way to see out the year while supporting local talent and businesses at the same time.
