at The Ivy Asia’, an all-new happy hour experience designed to bring vibrant flavours and irresistible
drink deals to weekdays. Launching on 3rd March, this exclusive offering is available Monday to Friday
from 4pm to 6pm, featuring a selection of delicious small plates for just £5 each, alongside handcrafted
cocktails, sparkling wines and beers starting from £4.50 per glass.
Guests can indulge in an array of expertly curated dishes, including steamed and sesame-crusted
Prawn Har Gow Dumplings, served with fragrant ponzu and chives, and the Ssamjang Chicken Yakitori
spiced skewers paired with red pepper, chili, chives, and pickled radish. Classic favourites such as Spicy
Tuna & Sesame Maki Rolls, Char Siu Barbeque Glazed Pork Belly drizzled with a smoky BBQ dressing
and sprinkled with toasted sesame, and the crispy Ebi Prawn Tempura Nahm Jim, complemented by
a zesty chili, lime, and ginger dressing, bring bold flavours to the table. Vegetarian options include the
delicate Avocado, Cucumber & Asparagus Maki Rolls and the King Oyster & Shiitake Gyozas, served
with a refreshing yuzu dressing (£5 each).
To accompany these vibrant small plates, a selection of bespoke cocktails are priced at £7.50, offering
a perfect way to unwind as the sun sets. Highlights include the Sakura & Lychee Martini, a floral and
refreshing blend of Belvedere, Lillet Rosé, cherry blossom, lychee and lime, and the Watermelon &
Strawberry Margarita, featuring Casamigos Blanco, watermelon, yuzu, and a hint of spice. Other
standout creations include the tropical Mango Sling, infused with Ron Santiago de Cuba Rum, coconut,
pineapple and lemongrass, and the Passion & Thai Basil Spritz, a fragrant mix of Tanqueray, grapefruit
apéritif, passion fruit cordial and prosecco.
For those preferring non-alcoholic options, The Ivy Asia presents the Rose of the Orient, a delicate
fusion of lychee, rose, raspberry, and orange blossom soda for £5. Beers, including Asahi Super Dry
and Asahi Zero 0%, are available for £4.50, while a glass of Prosecco is £7, and Ivy Asia Champagne is
£10 – adding a sparkling touch to the occasion.
