New foodie pop up in Cardiff – 'Let the beet drop'

Cardiff has seen a surge in pop up foodie ventures recently. You can now find all manner of street food and hip, pop up restaurants opening up at night, in spots like traditional daytime cafe’s. The newest pop up offering is ‘Let the beet drop’, brought you you by Milk and Sugar’s head chef Dan Rees and manager Josh Thomas. Offering delicious dishes in a laid back atmosphere, this short run evening pop up features dishes such as confit chicken leg, pesto herb breaded halloumi and candied beetroot gnocchi in Milk and Sugar’s Windsor Place venue.
