Neighbourhood will be sourcing the Crawfish from Crayaway, a company set up by a man going by the name of Crayfish Bob. Crayaway has been responsibly removing non-native crawfish from our waterways for over 15 years, protecting British Crawfish from the potential threat that US Crawfish pose. If you’d like to learn more about the issue, you can visit the Crayaway website: https://www.crayaway.com/

Enjoy an iconic Louisiana Cajun delicacy in the comfort of knowing that Crayfish Bob is looking after British waterways and protecting our native species.
