Greg Davies brings his first new stand-up tour in seven years to the city. Titled Full Fat Legend, the show is part of Davies’s biggest tour to date, with 55 dates across the UK and Ireland arriving in Cardiff March 18th 202
Known for his towering presence and razor-sharp wit, Davies is no stranger to making audiences laugh, whether on stage or screen. The announcement comes just as he gears up for the 17th series of the hit show Taskmaster, where he returns as the no-nonsense host alongside creator Alex Horne.
Davies has become a household name with a string of TV hits to his credit. Fans will know him for his writing and starring role in the BBC’s crime-scene comedy The Cleaner, hosting Sky’s pop-culture comedy panel show Never Mind the Buzzcocks, and his hilarious Channel 4 sitcom Man Down.
Full Fat Legend marks Davies’s return to live comedy after a long hiatus. His last stand-up show, You Magnificent Beast, was a smash hit, following on from earlier tours The Back of My Mum’s Head in 2013 and Firing Cheeseballs at a Dog, which earned him a nomination for Best Show at the 2010 Edinburgh Comedy Awards.
The new tour includes dates at iconic venues like The Royal Albert Hall and OVO Wembley Arena in London, along with stops in Manchester, Dublin, Edinburgh, and Liverpool. Tickets for Full Fat Legend go on general sale at 10am this Thursday, so be ready to grab yours if you don’t want to miss this comedy legend in action.
