The Welsh festival Green Man has been cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic, say organisers.
This year’s Green Man Festival has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The sold out event, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, is one of the last major music festivals in the UK to announce it will no longer be going ahead.
The line-up included Gruff Rhys, Melin Melyn and Boy Azooga among Welsh acts alomgside Michael Kiwanuka, Caribou, Mac Demarco and Little Dragon.
These are words we hoped we would never have to write, but it’s with deep sadness that we’re announcing that Green Man won’t be taking place this year. Please see full statement below.
