One of Cardiff’s longest-running burger joints, Got Beef, is stepping things up this summer with a brand-new five-course beef taster menu in collaboration with one of Whitchurch’s most exciting wine venues — Glass of Bandol.
Set to launch on Monday 4th August, the exclusive pop-up will feature two sittings at 6pm and 8pm, offering diners a gourmet experience that brings together Got Beef’s signature meaty creations and create your own carefully paired wine flight.

Glass of Bandol, based on Merthyr Road, is a unique wine bar owned by husband and wife duo Sajan and Eva Gla. The name is a nod to both the couple’s surname and the French wine-producing region of Bandol in the south of France. The bar is best known for its self-serve wine vending machines, which allow guests to pour their own glass from a curated selection of 24 wines — making it a perfect match for this interactive and flavour-packed tasting event.

On the menu for the night:
- French onion and beef broth with crostini and Gruyère
- Beef meatballs with mozzarella and Nduja marinara
- BBQ brisket croquettes with chipotle crema
- Sliders with secret sauce, cheddar, crispy onion, and pickle
- Lemon posset to finish
Tickets are priced at £30 per person, which includes all five courses and extra if you want to to select your wine by the glass
Spaces are limited so make sure you act fast for the collaboration of the summer.
