Cardiff Pumpkin Festival is a new Halloween festival running from 14th – 31st October in Coedarhydyglyn Park . Featuring a Daytime Family Festival, Twilight Family Festival and our Scare Fest for strictly over 14’s.
Calling all thrill-seekers and pumpkin enthusiasts, the Cardiff Pumpkin Festival Scare Fest is ready to send shivers down your spine! Prepare for a week of spine-chilling excitement from 25th to 31st October at the enchanting Coedarhydyglyn Park, just off Culverhouse Cross.
The festival promises to be a hauntingly good time with three distinct events tailored for different audiences. First up, the Daytime Family Festival, perfect for families with little ones looking for a spooky, but not-too-scary experience. For just £7.50 per car, you’ll gain access to a frightfully fun day filled with pumpkin picking, where you can choose from an astonishing selection of over 30,000 pumpkins in all shapes and sizes.

The Daytime Family Festival also boasts an assortment of thrilling fairground rides, a family-fun maize trail, live entertainment to keep you mesmerized, and a Neon Spider Quest that will surely get your heart racing. Brace yourselves for hair-raising frights in two heart-pounding mazes. ‘The Veiled Coven’ will transport you to a sinister lair, where vengeful witches perform a dark ritual, sacrificing their own eyes to invoke the power of evil spirits. Meanwhile, ‘Biohazard Apocalypse’ will plunge you into a once peaceful land, now plagued by a mysterious contamination that transforms ordinary citizens into ghastly, mutated zombies.
