This summer, take a gastronomic journey from the harbours of Brittany to the beaches of the Côte D’Azur with Côte’s Summer specials. Launching across the restaurant group’s 85 restaurants nationwide, the limited-edition menu features a delicious selection of seasonal dishes packed full of French- flavour.
Launching on 22nd June, Côte’s Summer specials include fresh and fragrant Charentais Melon sourced from Provence and served with cured Bayonne ham. Or choose a Breton Tomato salad– heritage tomatoes from Brittany served with goats curd, pickled shallots and basil oil, smoky tapenade and crispy capers.
For mains, guests can indulge in a show-stopping whole or half Lobster Frites served with delicious dill butter, a rich lemon hollandaise sauce and classic frites. And for dessert, there’s a traditional Apricot Tart made with Rhone Valley apricots, French lavender crème patisserie and a tangy raspberry compote.
For a refreshing taste of summer, try Côte’s twist on a classic – the Pamplemousse Spritz, made with a tart pampellegrapefruit liqueur mixed with Blanc de Blancs and soda.
