The interior, designed by @studiosevern, strikes a perfect balance between contemporary elegance and the building’s raw, industrial charm. Expect indulgent touches, a welcoming atmosphere, and a design that honours the Coal Exchange’s history while adding a refined, luxe twist.
The menu is equally impressive, featuring modern dishes with a creative edge. Highlights include grilled Poussin with lemon and thyme, a melt-in-your-mouth cote de boeuf for sharing, fresh house salads, and the much-anticipated signature Sunday roasts. Adding to the experience, acclaimed mixologist Alex Taylor, formerly, has curated an exquisite cocktail and wine list that will perfectly complement the food.
