Cardiff’s long-running trance brand Enter the Dragon returns this May Bank Holiday weekend with a line-up built around some of the most respected names in the global scene.
On Sunday, 3rd May 2026, the event lands in District, Cardiff, bringing together a full day of euphoric, vocal, and progressive trance across two rooms, alongside a late-after-party extension.This will be Enter the Dragon’s ONLY event this year.
Headlining the main room is Craig Connelly, a producer and DJ who has firmly established himself among trance’s elite. With multiple number-one albums, over 40 Beatport Top 10 records, and appearances at major events including A State of Trance, Dreamstate and Creamfields, Connelly is known for delivering high-energy, emotionally driven sets that connect with crowds on a global scale.

Joining him is Factor B, returning to Enter the Dragon following a standout performance alongside Giuseppe Ottaviani at the brand’s October 2024 event. Widely recognised for his deeply melodic, uplifting style, Factor B has built a reputation as one of the leading figures in
modern “proper trance”, with a catalogue of Beatport chart-toppers and releases on labels including Pure Trance and Future Sound of Egypt.
Completing the headline trio is Asteroid, a Welsh producer now based in Amsterdam,whose sound blends driving energy with euphoric melodic elements. With releases on major labels such as Armada, Future Sound of Egypt and Subculture, and performances at international events including Luminosity, Dreamstate and EDC, Asteroid brings a global edge to the line-up. He will also take control of the afterparty, closing the night from 11 pm to 1 am.
Supporting the headline acts are Enter the Dragon residents Jimpy, Sean Furlong and Aubrey Fry, continuing the brand’s long-standing connection to the South Wales scene.
Room 2 will host ROAR, focusing on hard house, with sets from Stu Grady, Jaimy J, K33fey, plus a competition winner still to be announced.
The event runs from 3 pm to 11 pm, with the afterparty extending the experience until 1 am.
Ticket prices are £25 plus BF, rising to £27.50 plus BF after April 1st. Afterparty entry is £10,
or free for those attending the main event.
Enter the Dragon has built a reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality trance events in
Cardiff, and this Bank Holiday edition continues that trajectory with a line-up designed for a
knowledgeable, dedicated crowd.
