Echo & The Bunnymen are heading to Cardiff this November as part of a newly announced UK tour.
The legendary Liverpool band will kick off their seven-date tour at Tramshed Cardiff on Monday 9 November 2026, before heading across the UK for shows in Eastbourne, Southampton, Wolverhampton, Middlesbrough, Holmfirth and Coventry.
The tour follows the release of the band’s new album, Apples For Isaac, their first collection of entirely new music in 12 years.
It marks the band’s 13th studio album and follows 2014’s Meteorites, as well as their 2018 album The Stars, the Oceans & the Moon, which saw the band revisit some of their best-known songs with new arrangements.
Led by Ian McCulloch and Will Sergeant, Echo & The Bunnymen have built an impressive catalogue spanning more than four decades, with tracks including The Killing Moon, Lips Like Sugar, The Cutter and Nothing Lasts Forever.
Their new album features 11 tracks and sees the band returning with new material following years of touring their extensive back catalogue around the world.
Apples For Isaac also features the late Clem Burke, best known as the drummer for Blondie, who played on ten of the album’s 11 tracks.
Paying tribute to the drummer and his contribution to the record, the band said: “The mighty, legendary Clem Burke, longtime friend of Mac, was integral to the making of the album, and heartbreakingly passed away during its completion… love you Clem X.”
The newly announced tour begins in Cardiff before visiting six more cities during November.
