SISTER SLEDGE AND THE FRATELLIS TO HEADLINE DEPOT IN THE CASTLE
Depot in the Castle will take place on the 2nd of June 2018, providing the perfect start to this summer’s festival season. Sister Sledge and the Fratellis are set to headline, topping a stellar line-up of great live music that also includes Hackney Colliery Band, who BBC Radio 2 described as “one of the greatest live bands we have in this country”. Tantalisingly, there are also special guests who have yet to be announced.

The Depot warehouse, found on Dumballs Road, is well-known for being one of Cardiff’s most creative venues, hosting everything from beer festivals and street food events, to vintage kilo sales and even a roller disco.
Last year the Depot brought us Depot in the Park to the SSE Swalec Stadium. It was a terrific success, featuring live music from the Sugarhill Gang and a DJ set from Bombay Bicycle Club, delicious local food stalls and plenty of family-fun activities.
Following on from last year’s event, Depot in the Park will be taking place in the gorgeous parklands of Cardiff castle. Nick Saunders, founder of The DEPOT explained, “It’s an honour to host our second year in such a prestigious venue”.
