At some point in the past few years, brunch in Cardiff evolved from just a hazy interim term for late breakfast into a fully fledged movement.
One place that’s staying ahead of the game is Coffi Co. Their Cardiff Bay site Coffi Co Bayside in Mermaid Quay is about to launch their own version on of a boozy bottomless brunch – with a musical and cocktail twist.
Bayside Brunch is a fresh take of the Cardiff brunch scene. The dreaded prosecco hangover? Not with us – choose your beverage of choice and enjoy unlimited amounts for 90 minutes (or you’re welcome to a “little bit of the bubbly”)
The party will kick off at 3 pm with a welcome drink and brunch, with top tune selections courtesy of DJ Spice.
Beautiful day outside? Perched on the water in Cardiff Bay, we have 360 views and a wraparound porch for you to revel in. Summer is our vibe and we serve 2 courses of BBQ goodness not forgetting the dessert platter to top it off!
