Despite the devastating last-minute lockdown news, some shops & restaurants are open and offering delivery or click and collect.

This latest lockdown has left many businesses with stock left to sell and so many of us without gifts to give before Christmas in a few days’ time. Luckily, many have done their best to offer as much as they can to either pick you up with a smattering of festive cheer or dig you out of a hole because you do not have a chance to do a last-minute St. David’s dash for gifts.

Here is our list of local heroes, striving to deliver the Christmas we all deserve, despite all the chaos 2020 has thrown their way.

Moving the historical Cardiff Market into the 21st Century, Hatts Emporium are offering a virtual shopping experience of their shop so you can still browse over the shutdown period. For many businesses, it is impossible for them to operate as normal, so this virtual alternative is a great way for customers to continue to engage with the smaller independent sellers of the city centre.
