The Brass Beetle will be serving up a range of wood-fired pizzas, all made with ingredients sourced from independent businesses. As well as pizzas, there will be a small, but varied, menu with a selection of sides, all prepared in an open kitchen and clay pizza
oven. Expect pizzas topped with ingredients such as honey roasted ham hock, enoki, oyster mushrooms and caramelised leeks, all served alongside innovative side dishes – and even vegan aioli!
Alongside outstanding pizzas, The Brass Beetle will also be shaking up a number of classic – with a twist – cocktails, which will be served in the relaxed, unique bar area. Customers can sip on everything from a ‘Salted Caramel’ to a ‘Drunken Daiquiri’, a modern take on the classic, which will be finished off with a flaming passion fruit.
Owner, Lauren, says: “As a family we like to go out, catch up and share food, so we wanted to create an environment that would do just that! The Brass Beetle is about relaxing with friends and family, enjoy some top quality cocktails, and even better pizza.”
