The Line-up has been announced, here’s what to expect from two weekends at Caldicot Castle

Big Banquet has announced the full trader line-up for its return to Caldicot Castle, starting with the late May Bank Holiday weekend.

For the two half-term weekends of 24 May – 27 May and 31 May – 2 June, Big Banquet will be bringing its unique mix of gravity-defying high wire acts, family circus fun and the best street food that Wales has to offer.

Traders this year include a mix of familiar Street Food Circus favourites alongside new arrivals like Hills Burgers from Brecon, Packed Sarnies bringing epic Chicago-style Italian sandwiches and Son of a Bun’s Korean fried chicken.

Street Food Circus ringmaster and founder, Matt ‘the Hat’ said:

“We’re excited to bring back some Big Banquet favourites from last year alongside a great line-up of exciting new cooks joining the circus this year. We always try to have that mix of familiar faces with the opportunity for people to try new cuisines, new chefs or restaurants that they may not yet have had the chance to visit.

“Alongside the food, we’ve put together a great circus show for Big Banquet again this year, with lots to keep families entertained including a free circus school, live DJ sets, and a fantastic fire show finale every evening. And the star of the show – Chris Bullzini – will be back to wow the crowds with an act that has to be seen to be believed,” he said.
