The Red Dragon Centre is hosting another Cardiff Bay Card Show on 28 February – 1
March, running daily from 11am to 5pm, expanding the event into a full weekend of trading,
collecting, and family fun. The weekend coincides with National Pokémon Day and marks
Pokémon’s 30th anniversary, making it a special celebration for fans.
Following the success of past events, the weekend will bring together a wide range of
vendors and collectors. Vendiboyz, who operate the popular Vendiboyz card vending
machine at the Centre, will be trading at the event alongside other vendors they have
brought together, giving visitors plenty of opportunities to buy, sell, and trade cards, and
explore impressive personal collections from across the community.
There’s fun beyond the trading tables too. Families can enjoy FREE face painting from
12pm-4pm daily, look out for special character guests, and enjoy the welcoming, fan-focused
atmosphere.
Visitors are encouraged to make a full day of it at The Red Dragon Centre, which offers
cinema, bowling, arcades, and a variety of restaurants and cafes.
The Centre will also be supporting BulliesOut as its partner charity for the event, helping to
promote kindness, respect, and inclusion – values at the heart of the trading community.
