Chef Nico Simeone’s experiential dining brand, Six by Nico, is embarking on a new chapter after eight years, fifteen cities, and hundreds of themed menus.
The brand, best known for its rotating six-course tasting menu, is set to announce its boldest move yet: a new initiative designed not just for, but with, its guests.
From this Summer, Six by Nico will adopt a different strategy giving its customers more control and empowering them to influence the company’s future rather than relying on private investors. In August 2025, a new crowdfunded membership will go live with the goal of building the largest and more active culinary community in the UK and beyond.
Six by Nico’s next step is to launch a community-first crowdfund campaign inviting customers to become part of a closed circle of investors who will be rewarded for their support and given the opportunity to help shape the future of the brand. Due to launch in August 2025, the crowdfund will unite loyal customers and new supporters in a dedicated community with a shared stake in shaping the brands future.

Six by Nico are set to introduce phase one of future plans with the launch of their new digital platform and its first-ever community crowdfund from early August 2025, allowing both visitors and dreamers to participate in and shape the next stage of the restaurant brand’s development.
